The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

When you sign up for the Crawdly waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — to notify you when Crawdly launches and to send you relevant updates about early access.
• UTM parameters (optional, if present in the URL when you sign up) — source, medium, campaign, and content tags used for internal marketing attribution. These are not shared with third parties.

We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data at the waitlist stage.

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). By submitting the waitlist form and clicking “Claim my spot”, you consent to receiving emails about Crawdly's launch and early access programme.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@crawdly.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We use your email address to:

• Notify you when Crawdly launches (target: 10 March 2025)
• Send you early access information and onboarding details
• Communicate relevant product updates related to Crawdly

We will not send you unrelated marketing, sell your email address, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

In the current waitlist phase, your email address is stored in our internal systems and is not shared with any third-party service providers.

When Crawdly launches as a full product, we may use email delivery services to send transactional and marketing emails. Any such provider will be subject to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and will not be permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We will never sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your email address for as long as you are on the Crawdly waitlist and, if you become a customer, for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years after termination (for legal and accounting purposes).

If you withdraw your consent or request erasure, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.

In the current version of crawdly.com, we use only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to operate. These include:

• crawdly-cookie-consent — stores your cookie consent preference in your browser's localStorage. No data is sent to our servers.

We do not currently use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — you may ask us to delete your personal data.
• Right to restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

If you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet):
